Beef roulade with Silesian dumplings and red cabbage


 Traditional Silesian dinner: beef roulade with Silesian dumplings and red cabbage. The roulade filling is made of pickled cucumbers, mustard and bacon.

It is served at the Kuchnia Otwarta Restaurant (Hotel Park Inn by Radisson Katowice), which belongs to the Silesian Tastes Culinary Trail.
